• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Firebase services provided by Google. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and secure authentication. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: Update or correct your account information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Location: Disable location services through your device settings

How to Delete Your Account: You can delete your account directly in the app by going to your Profile screen and selecting "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. Alternatively, you can contact us at the email below to request deletion.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

7. Third-Party Links

Welcome to EventSwipe. Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the EventSwipe: Events Near You mobile application (the "App") operated by EventSwipe ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

EventSwipe is a mobile application that allows users to discover local events through a swipe-based interface. Users can browse events sourced from third-party providers (Ticketmaster, SeatGeek) and user-submitted content, save events of interest, and post their own events.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Conduct

5.2 Content Standards

All user-posted events must:

The App displays event information from third-party sources including Ticketmaster and SeatGeek. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for this third-party content. When you purchase tickets through external links, you are subject to those platforms' terms and policies.

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated and third-party content), is owned by EventSwipe and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Event information will be accurate or complete
• Events will occur as listed
• The App will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVENTSWIPE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EventSwipe and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law
